: Candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and compliance with internal controls. The role requires strong accounting expertise, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

The role demands a strong understanding of General Ledger accounting, financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and close processes while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.

- 3-7 years of relevant experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Financial Reporting, or Accounting Operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial applications.
- Knowledge of internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit support activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in insurance accounting, statutory reporting, or financial reporting processes will be an added advantage.
