Job Responsibilities

- As an Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the robust quality management system at our manufacturing facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Identifying and nurturing talent within the IPQA and QMS teams by providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Quality System Management: Ensuring seamless operation of the Quality Management System (QMS), including swift identification and reporting of non-conformances.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving a culture of quality consciousness by developing and delivering impactful training programs for team members across various departments.
- Setting and Maintaining Quality Standards: Enforcing rigorous quality standards by participating in audits, reviewing investigations, and ensuring timely closure of non-conformances and quality issues.
- Compliance Assurance: Actively preparing for and participating in internal, customer, and regulatory audits while ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines.
- Project Management: Leading and participating in key projects related to QMS modules implementation, digital initiatives, and cost reduction programs.
- New Product Development Support: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless tech transfer, commercial batch production, and timely document review for new product launches.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to formulations manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GXP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication,



interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to mentoring others.
