About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Professional to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization to drive leads, sales, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and manage ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies.
- Set up and manage tracking using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion APIs
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates.




- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets and campaign requirements.
- Knowledge of website management, Website conversion rate optimisation is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Ads Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Solid understanding of conversion full funnels planning, optimization and execution, including audience targeting and remarketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduation/Any equivalent degree
- Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification.
