Job Summary The opportunity: Assistant Manager-Operations-Operations-CBS - RM - Independence - Gurgaon

As a CBS skilled, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Admin, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

- Strong understanding of Independence team functions and operational processes within the CBS - RM - Independence framework.
- Handling non-audit service consultations with a focus on accurate review and guidance.
- Ability to assess the impact of regulatory guidelines and policies on services delivered by engagement teams.




- Proficient in applying independence requirements to support compliant and risk-aware service decisions.
- Capable of working across Service Lines with attention to regulatory alignment and procedural consistency.
- Capable of excellent written and oral communications and stakeholder management.

Experience
- 6-8 years
