Infoneo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive 1+ years of experience Website & Digital Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of company and client websites, e-commerce platforms, blogs and web applications.

The person will coordinate with content, design, development, marketing and business teams to ensure that all digital platforms remain updated, accurate, engaging and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of corporate, client and e-commerce websites.
- Update website pages, banners, products, offers and content through CMS platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly sales, festive campaigns, discount offers and promotional calendars.
- Manage product listings, pricing, coupon codes, inventory status and merchandising on e-commerce websites.
- Conduct regular website audits covering content, broken links, forms, navigation, responsiveness, SEO basics and user experience.
- Coordinate resolution of website bugs and operational issues with developers, designers and hosting teams.
- Manage the complete blog process,



including topic planning, keyword coordination, content publishing, formatting, internal linking and image updates.
- Maintain and update case studies, project portfolios, client success stories and service pages.
- Prepare business presentations, sales decks, case-study decks and client-specific credentials.
- Monitor website analytics, traffic, user behaviour, campaign performance and conversion-related indicators.
- Test website forms, payment flow, checkout, email notifications and third-party integrations.
- Manage website applications, plugins, licences, renewals, domains, SSL and other digital subscriptions.
- Research competitor websites, industry trends and recent ideas to improve content, engagement and conversions.
