Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Presales Consultant will engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs, conduct preliminary assessments, and present suitable property options and investment strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include shortlisting projects, creating presentations, qualifying leads,



arranging sales meetings, and coordinating with the consulting and sales teams to ensure seamless client interactions. The role involves analyzing market trends, assisting in project scoping, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities. The Presales Consultant will also collaborate on project timelines and contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance client experience and conversion rates.
