Job Position: ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service

Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on

experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes
- Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and application enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
