About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager – Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for employees across the organisation. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, compliance, payroll MIS and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees across locations.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salary, incentives, overtime, deductions, arrears, bonuses, reimbursements and full & final settlements.
- Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.




- Prepare and validate monthly payroll reports and statutory challans/returns.
- Ensure timely preparation of Form 16, salary slips and other employee payroll documents.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) process for exiting employees.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for salary disbursement and payroll-related payments.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, PF, ESIC and other payroll matters.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of payroll data.
- Prepare and maintain payroll MIS, monthly reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Accounts and other departments for payroll inputs and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory payroll requirements.
- Coordinate with external payroll consultants, auditors and statutory authorities whenever required.

Qualification Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Finance / Commerce preferred.Role & responsibilities
