- Responsible for day-to-day planning for flexible inks. Maintain production report on daily basis and ink processes and man power handling.

- Handling Unit Operations – Production of NC , Vinyl base batches Dyno Colour Inks and packing of all Ink & Coating Plant.

- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed in order to maintain Zero accident workplace.

- Supervise the work of junior staff and workmen

- Responsible for Trail set ups in the context of improvement processes and Optimization of processes in Bead Mills/ Dyno & Final Batches.

- Prepare material requirement planning on daily basis based and take as per production plan so that production not hampered.

- Work towards implementing Quality management systems, SOP’s and other production related hazardous materials. (ISO,5S,)

- Responsible for to assure that workmen follow the instructions as per SOP and adhere the safety rules in the plant

- Follow up the current development trails batches with R&D; Team

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
