1. Required experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer responsible for managing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the organizations IT infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of system hardware, networking, endpoint security, IT console management tools, and data centre operations.
2. The role requires solid troubleshooting skills, proactive infrastructure monitoring, and the ability to ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
3. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems, servers, hardware, and infrastructure.
4. Manage and maintain LAN,WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN infrastructure.
5. Maintain endpoint security, Antivirus, patching, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance.
6. Operate centralized IT monitoring, endpoint management, software deployment, and patch management consoles.
7. Ensure smooth and secure data centre operations, including servers, racks, storage, UPS, PDU, cabling,



and environmental monitoring.
8. Proactively monitor infrastructure and resolve incidents, alerts, and connectivity issues within defined SLAs.
9. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, configuration records, network diagrams, SOPs, and infrastructure documentation.
10. Perform preventive maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
11. Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, AMC partners, and service providers for technical support and issue resolution.
12. Support backup, disaster recovery, IT security, change management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
