Your Role at Innocean

We seek a motivated individual with experience in mainline advertising to support and elevate campaign execution across traditional media.

Core Responsibilities

- Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Campaign Coordination:



Assist with scheduling and approval workflows, and ensure timely delivery across TV, print, radio, and outdoor platforms.
- Creative Briefing & Documentation: Craft clear internal briefs and maintain project trackers.
- Inter-Department Collaboration: Partner with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to bring mainline campaigns to life.
- Meeting Management: Organize client meetings, document minutes, and oversee follow-ups.
- Professional Growth: Enhance your skills in full-spectrum campaign planning and brand development with traditional media at the core.
- AI Understanding: Has basic understanding of using AI in everyday work and open to learn.

Education

Who We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

- 5+ years in client servicing or account coordination—preferably within mainline or traditional media campaigns

Essential Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tight timelines.
- Familiarity with mainline platforms—TV, print, radio, outdoor.
- Understanding of advertising workflows specific to traditional media.
- Proactive attitude with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability in a dynamic agency environment.
