EY L&D; VTH Instructional Designer Supervising Associate

Your key responsibilities

- Designing learning solutions based on client requirements
- Taking consultative approach to offer solutions
- Experience in developing various types of learning interventions to suit the learner and business needs
- Measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
- Design solutions that are engaging and effective
- Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
- Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Completed Graduation in any domain
- 8 to 12 years experience into Instructional Designing
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial
- Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
- Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design cutting-edge learning solutions

Ideally, youll also have
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
- Strong experience in creating learning intervention around various adult learning principles
- Knowledge on course development life cycle
- Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable
