The core objective of this role is to manage and oversee the end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HRO operations for the assigned business/process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment and HR operations in line with organizational requirements and agreed service standards.

The Assistant Manager – HRO & TA will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals, managing day-to-day operations, driving team productivity and performance, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

The role will work closely with HR Business Partners, functional leaders, clients, and other stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, strengthen the talent pipeline, improve recruitment processes, and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

The role will also be responsible for people management, capability building, performance management, workforce planning, training, succession/backup planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations

- Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for assigned business units, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor requisitions, candidate pipelines, sourcing channels, and hiring progress to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience with strong attendance and conversion rates.
- Monitor hiring targets, SLAs, productivity, quality, and recruitment metrics; identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.

People Management & Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and motivate the HRO & TA team to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, provide regular feedback,



and manage performance improvement where required.
- Coach and mentor team members; identify skill gaps and drive training and capability development.
- Manage team capacity, attendance, leave, shift coverage, cross-training, succession, and backup planning.
- Support team engagement, retention, workforce planning, and overall employee development.

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for HRBPs, hiring managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Understand business hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, risks, and action plans.
- Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of stakeholder and operational issues.

Process Excellence & Governance
- Ensure adherence to recruitment/HRO policies, SOPs, SLAs, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Drive process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge management documents.
- Collaborate with technology/process teams on ATS/HRIS enhancements and process improvements.

Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor recruitment and team performance dashboards and provide regular management reports.
- Track key metrics including time-to-fill, requisition aging, candidate conversion, offer-to-join ratio, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Use data-driven insights to improve team and recruitment performance.

Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity




- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, data privacy, and client requirements.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure adequate coverage, cross-training, and business continuity for critical activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across recruitment and HRO processes.

Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in Talent Acquisition/HRO operations and people management.
- Strong team leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, job portals, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and operational governance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation management skills.
- Robust process improvement and business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts based on business requirements.

Shift & Work Schedule

Shift: Middle East

Shift Window: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 days per week

Work Schedule: Sunday to Friday, with weekly working days/coverage subject to change based on business requirements.

Initial Work Arrangement: WFO as required based on business and operational needs.
