We are looking for a smart, proactive, and target-oriented professional to join our Corporate Fund Raising team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Teasers, Information Memorandums, CMA Data, project reports, and loan proposals for debt and working capital funding.
- Conduct financial and ratio analysis to assess funding requirements, financial performance, and debt servicing capability.
- Work closely with clients, banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other lenders to facilitate debt closure.
- Coordinate with clients and lenders throughout the fund-raising and financing process.
- Prepare and analyze financial models and projections using MS Excel.
- Coordinate the technical, legal, and financial due diligence process with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions during the loan sanction and disbursement process.
- Assist in negotiating and reviewing term sheets, sanction letters, loan agreements, and other financing documentation.
- Track funding transactions from initial discussions through sanction, documentation, and final disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and lending institutions.
- Identify funding opportunities and contribute towards achieving fund-raising and business targets.





Educational Qualification UG: B.Com / Commerce

PG / Skilled Qualification: MBA Finance / CA Inter

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Fund Raising, Working Capital Finance, Investment Banking, NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Advisory will be preferred.
