Position Details

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Fortinet FortiGate Firewall Administration
- Strong hands-on experience in Palo Alto Firewall Administration
- Experience in VMware NSX Security Administration
- Firewall policy management and rule optimization
- Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN
- NAT, Routing, VLANs and TCP/IP
- Firewall troubleshooting and security incident management
- Firewall HA concepts
- SSL Certificate Management

Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Basic Load Balancer administration – F5 / AVI
- Cloud Security – AWS / Azure / GCP
- SIEM integration and log analysis
- WAF
- NAC
- ITIL awareness
- Fortinet / VMware / CCNA / CCNP certifications

Role Overview The role involves managing enterprise firewall and network security infrastructure,



including FortiGate, Palo Alto and VMware NSX. The candidate will be responsible for firewall configuration and administration, security policies, VPN, NAT, troubleshooting, upgrades and patching, NSX security, incident/change/problem management and customer coordination in a 24x7 managed services environment.

Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience handling enterprise production environments and customer-facing technical support.
