Education: B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Maintenance Engineer who thrives in high-demand manufacturing environments and is ready to take charge of plant operations in a mission-critical industry. The role requires hands-on technical acumen, leadership in troubleshooting, and a relentless drive to ensure uptime and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair SPM CNC machines, automation systems, and critical infrastructure.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are strictly followed and optimized.
- Work closely with production and R&D; teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and reliability of all factory equipment and utilities.




- Implement maintenance best practices, spare management, and energy optimization.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering from Electrical / Instrumentation/EEE, with a strong foundation in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in heavy/precision manufacturing, preferably in defence or aerospace.
- Ability to manage crises, lead a team, and uphold equipment integrity in demanding conditions.
- Hardworking, solution-oriented, and motivated by a larger purpose.
