Role Description The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of Crack-ED’s programs and services, ensuring smooth coordination between learners, mentors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing schedules, managing program logistics, tracking learner progress, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role involves collaborating with management to improve processes, supporting marketing and outreach activities, and handling stakeholder communication in a professional manner.





The Assistant

Manager will also assist in organizing events, workshops, and activities that enhance the learner experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bharatpur.
