To manage and streamline operational activities related to co-lending partnerships, banking reconciliations, and case closures, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution across all assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

Co-Lending Operations:

Managing the co-lending cases for Disbursement in-file journey aspects

Monitor EMI presentation and follow up on bounced cases with collections and partner banks.

Manage operations aspects, payment application, closure, refunds, queries for co-lending cases and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with co-lending partners for operational alignment and issue resolution.

Prepare and present periodic PPTs on co-lending case status and performance.

Banking Reconciliation Operations

Allocate payments accurately across accounts and partners.

Perform reconciliation of disbursement and banking escrow accounts.

Confirm balances with co-lending banks and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Act as a checker for disbursement cases to ensure compliance and correctness.

Address and close concurrent audit issues within stipulated timelines.





Resolve escalated queries and highlighted cases with appropriate documentation.

Act as a maker for TDS entries, closed cases, and excess refund processing.

Follow up with collections and legal teams for SMA cases.

Support service fee calculations and credit note issuance for FC charges to banks.

Skills Competencies

Solid understanding of NBFC co-lending models and banking operations.

Proficiency in reconciliation and financial documentation.

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

35 years of experience in NBFC operations, preferably in co-lending and banking functions.
