Dr. Kanaks Hair Transplantation & Aesthetic Dermatology Centre is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations and deliver an excellent patient experience. The role involves managing clinic activities, coordinating the team, supporting patient care, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily clinic operations and administrative activities.
- Oversee patient experience and ensure high-quality service.
- Coordinate doctors, nurses, front-office staff, and other team members.
- Handle patient enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain smooth coordination between different departments.
- Support patient care and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Manage and motivate the clinic team.
- Maintain basic operational records and reports.
- Use digital platforms for communication, scheduling, and clinic management.
- Ensure qualified standards and a positive patient environment.





Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Experience in clinic operations and patient care
- Good knowledge of digital platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team and people-management skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; English preferred
