- Conduct Site Inspections location wise and submit detailed report.
- Conduct reports for tranche disbursement
- Post sanction credit including MIS verification, Issuance of reports to Credit team.
- Escrow operation and sweep management, NOC issuance, No Dues Issuance.
- Handling and reconciling the receipts post-NOC issuance.
- Issuance of the final NOC post receipt of Total Sales consideration.
- Follow-up for recovery and monitor DPD.
- Managing prepayment schedules and other data points as per periodical requirements.
- Interact and coordinate with various internal teams.
Qualifications
- Graduate/M.COM.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Retail construction finance or a related area.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
