Assistant Manager – Centre Operations B2B & Sales

Location: Orchha, Madhya Pradesh (with travel across MP)

Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales, hospitality, tourism, or Retail/center operationsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager to handle a dual role: driving advertising revenues for our digital tourism platform (DDCB hosted on MP tourism Web site) and managing the daily operations of the Aankhon Dekha Experience Centre in Orchha.

Key Responsibilities

- Centre Management: Oversee daily operations, ticketing, team coordination, visitor experiences, and maintenance at the Orchha center.
- VR Centre Expansion; Expansion of the successful VR centre Aankhon Dekha in the surrounding districts in coordination with MP Tourism Board.
- Local Partnerships: Build relationships with local travel agents, hotels, and guides to increase visitor footfall & enlish them on DDCB
- Reporting: Maintain daily and monthly reports on sales leads, visitor footfall, and operational metrics.
- B2B Sales: Pitch and sell advertising and sponsorship solutions to hotels, resorts, F&B;,



and lifestyle brands to meet revenue targets.
- VR shows in schools; Organise and manage the VR/AR show in schools in Orcha and nearby districts.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, and closing deals.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Comfort with field sales, regular travel, and independent problem-solving.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the Madhya Pradesh tourism ecosystem.
- Ability: To operate offsite centres by engaging local resources.
