·*City wholesale & retails Market visit weekly Thrice, if required it will extend the days.

*FCs visit weekly twice and understand the ground level reality and take the actions accordingly.

*Conduct the FC and Vendor Laboure / Packers Training for weekly twice to ensure the best quality produce supply and maintained the agreed SOP.

*Supply as per demanded PO and ensure 100% QFR & LFR

*Supply as per Sharp & right selections /assortment required.

*To ensure the desirables’ In-stock always on platforms.





To ensure pricing & availability will be very competitive on platform’s To ensure PI % will be deliverable as per set of targets.

To ensure new SKUs successful launch on platforms after doing excellent experiments & positive result.

To ensure RVP, Liquidation & FF cancellation will be overcome gradually and does not cross as per set of target numbers.

*To ensure and thoroughly work on OP% increment with considering of best products launch and marketing intelligence & strategic visibilities on platform.

*To ensure and work on recent initiative business projects for future growth.

*To manage the 3PL vendor and interact with them daily to ensure all metrics are up to the mark.
