Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Billing to join our project team at TKM, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end client billing, ensuring timely submission of invoices, statements, and supporting documents.
- Handle subcontractor billing processes and ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and procedures.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors (QS), Site Execution, Planning, Accounts, Commercial, and Client/Consultant teams for accurate and timely billing.
- Prepare and review estimates, tenders, quotations, rate analysis, and billing quantities.
- Prepare and manage MIS reports, reconciliation statements, extra-item claims, variation claims, and other commercial documentation.
- Possess strong knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and quantity measurement.




- Analyze billing and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of billing, measurements, certifications, claims, and commercial documentation.
- Ensure billing activities are completed within project timelines and contractual requirements.

Candidate Profile
- 10–13 years of relevant experience in Billing, Quantity Surveying, Commercial, or related functions.
- Candidates with 8–17 years of overall experience in the civil engineering/construction industry may also be considered based on relevant expertise.
- Industrial Project experience is mandatory/preferred. Candidates from the same or similar industrial project sector will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Client Billing, Subcontractor Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Rate Analysis.
- Positive understanding of **BBS preparation, quantity measurement, reconciliation, and variation
