About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in managing day-to-day cloud kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for food quality, kitchen staff supervision, inventory control, hygiene, food safety, and timely order preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Kitchen Manager in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
- Ensure food is prepared according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
- Maintain proper stock levels of raw materials and kitchen supplies.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, expiry dates, and food costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and ensure timely availability of ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.




- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company food safety standards.
- Train new kitchen staff on recipes, SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Handle operational issues and resolve kitchen-related problems promptly.
- Maintain daily kitchen reports, stock records, wastage records, and production sheets.
- Coordinate with the delivery/dispatch team to ensure smooth order flow.
- Support the Kitchen Manager in achieving operational and cost-control targets.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of cloud kitchen operations and food production.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
- Valuable understanding of inventory and wastage control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Cloud Kitchens, QSRs, Restaurants, Central Kitchens, or Food Production Units will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
