Job Summary

Alpino Health Foods is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts / Accounts Head who can independently manage the company’s accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial controls while working closely with management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledgers.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and tax-related activities.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer collections, and vendor payments.
- Perform regular bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and other financial reports.
- Monitor expenses, outstanding payments, collections, and working capital.




- Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors, consultants, and tax professionals.
- Ensure accurate books of accounts and proper financial documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Operations, HR, and Management teams for finance-related activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter / CMA / M.Com will be an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and working capital.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
