Department: Lifepath / Skilling Projects

Tasks :

- Lead the Lifepath healthcare skilling business, developing strategies for portfolio growth, revenue generation and long-term sustainability.
- Develop and expand industry-relevant training and skilling programmes aligned with healthcare sector requirements and emerging workforce needs.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with Government, academic, healthcare and industry institutions to expand the skilling ecosystem.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution and training delivery, ensuring quality, effectiveness, learner outcomes and timely completion.
- Drive business development, market expansion and new programme opportunities to strengthen Lifepath as a scalable business vertical.
- Establish performance monitoring and outcome measurement frameworks to improve programme impact, operational efficiency and commercial viability.

Requirements Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.08.2026

Basic pay range: Rs. 60000 - 90000/-

Gross Salary:



Rs.127620/- (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC: Rs.17.78 lakhs (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential: Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in healthcare skilling, capacity-building projects, project management or development, training operations, curriculum or programme delivery, institutional partnerships and stakeholder coordination.

Desirable: Experience with Government skill missions, Sector Skill Councils or NSQF-aligned programmes, proposal and bid development, mobilisation and placement models, monitoring of training outcomes and commercialisation of skilling initiatives.
