- Formulating actions plans for correction of repetitive failure through implementing Kaizens to reduce MTBF &

- MTTR Proposing &
- Initiating plans for machine improvement, updates in systems and technology to increase overall efficiency of dept.





- Monitoring, Sourcing &

- Management of Spare Parts as per current and future requirement in accordance with given budget regulations Facilitating the overall development of team members through effective & need based training & proper work allocation

- Define the KPI And Monitoring Target

- Lead & make The Plan for TPM Pillars

- Provide Relevant Training And Guidance

- Review The Progress As Per The Plan Weekly
