Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager Finance, you'll work closely with business and functional stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, financial reporting, and profitability analysis. You'll provide actionable financial insights that support business planning and decision-making.

What You'll Own

- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to understand financial performance and provide actionable insights.

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

- Prepare and analyse MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.

- Conduct cost analysis, profitability analysis, and performance tracking.

- Analyse actual performance against budgets and forecasts and highlight key variances.

- Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and management reporting.

- Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior management.

- Monitor key business and financial KPIs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue improvement.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Assist in strengthening financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.





- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business requirements as needed.

What You Bring

- Completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) Mandatory.

- 23 years of relevant post-qualification experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

- Experience in financial reporting, MIS, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and financial modelling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Power BI.

- Experience working in a digital, technology, or fast-paced business environment.

- Solid understanding of business performance metrics and financial dashboards.
