Express Network is hiring an Assistant Fiber Technician for fiber installation, maintenance and field support work.

The role involves pole climbing, fiber cable laying, splicing and FTTH-related field activities. Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with fiber installation, maintenance and repair work.

Perform fiber cable laying, routing and pole climbing.

Support fiber splicing, jointing and termination work.

Assist in fault identification and network restoration.

Support FTTH broadband installation and customer connection work.

Handle tools, cables and field equipment responsibly.

Follow safety procedures and instructions from senior technicians and engineers.

Required Skills:

0–4 years of experience in fiber, broadband, telecom or related field work.

Willingness to perform pole climbing and outdoor field work.

Basic knowledge of fiber splicing is preferred.





Ability to learn fiber installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Practical Requirements:

Two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licence and driving experience required.

Candidate must be comfortable with field travel, physical work and pole climbing.
