We are looking for an experienced Assistant Engineer – Tiles & Painting to supervise and manage finishing works at construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise tile laying works, including floor and wall tiling.
- Check tile alignment, level, slope, spacing and finishing quality.
- Coordinate painting works including surface preparation, putty, primer and final coats.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and site engineers.
- Monitor material requirements and reduce wastage.
- Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Maintain daily progress reports and quality checklists.
- Follow site safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of relevant construction/finishing experience.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Positive knowledge of tiling and painting works.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.
Salary: Based on experience and performance
