We are seeking an experienced Assistant Crewing Manager to oversee crewing operations and manage offshore crew mobilization processes
- This role covers end-to-end crewing operations including crew planning, deployment, and coordination
- Key responsibilities include managing crew rotations and vessel manning requirements, coordinating with vessel operators, clients, and crew members, ensuring compliance with MLC, STCW, ARAMCO, ADNOC, and flag state requirements, overseeing crew contracts, sign-on/sign-off procedures, and maintaining crew management systems
- You will work closely with the Sourcing and Documentation teams to ensure seamless crew deployment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in offshore crewing or marine HR operations; robust knowledge of MLC 2006, STCW conventions, and offshore client standards; excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills;
experience in crew management software is an advantage
