Role & responsibilities

- Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, bid evaluations, and contract agreements.
- Review contract clauses, technical specifications, and commercial conditions.
- Support pre-bid and post-bid activities, including bidder queries and clarifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, and project teams.
- Monitor contract compliance, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in variation orders, claims, EOT (Extension of Time), and dispute documentation.
- Maintain records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to relevant government procurement guidelines.
- Support cost estimation, quantity verification, and payment certification processes.

Preferred candidate profile B Tech - Civil

Experience - 5 to 8 Years





LLB will be add on

- Knowledge of contract management and tendering processes.
- Understanding of civil engineering drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with FIDIC conditions of contract is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation tools.
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Exposure to Metro Rail, Highway, Bridge, Urban Infrastructure, or Government Projects.
- Experience in EPC, Design & Build, or Infrastructure Contracts & LLB will be an added advantage.
