Role Description This full-time Assistant role is an in office position located in Gurugram. The Assistant will support daily courier operations, including handling shipment documentation, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

Responsibilities include assisting with customer queries, updating shipment status, and ensuring that packages are processed, sorted, and dispatched according to established procedures. The role also involves working closely with operations and warehouse teams to resolve basic issues, support smooth loading and unloading activities, and escalate concerns to supervisors when necessary.



The Assistant is expected to follow safety and compliance standards and contribute to an organized, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple delivery and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with data entry, email, and standard office software.
- Clear communication skills in English and local languages for interacting with customers, drivers, and team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipment records, labels, and paperwork.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced logistics environment and collaborate effectively with operations and warehouse staff.
