? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, invoices, expenses & ledgers
- Handle Tally/Tally Prime & ERP
- Prepare & File GST Returns
- Prepare & File TDS Returns
- Manage monthly Payroll & Salary Processing
- Bank, vendor & ledger reconciliation
- Handle E-commerce accounting & marketplace reconciliation
- Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO & other marketplace settlements
- Track marketplace commissions, TCS, TDS, GST, refunds & returns
- Reconcile payment gateway, COD & prepaid settlements
- Maintain Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Assist with Trademark Registration & documentation
- Coordinate with CA/consultants for accounting & statutory compliance
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports

✅ E-Commerce Accounting

✅ Marketplace Settlement & Reconciliation

✅ Payroll Processing

✅ ERP Software

✅ MS Excel / Google Sheets

✅ Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

✅ Good understanding of accounting & compliance

? Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification preferred
- 6–8 months of practical accounting experience
- Hands-on experience in GST & TDS filing is mandatory
- E-commerce accounting experience will be preferred
- Good numerical, analytical & organisational skills

CA Firm experience mandatory
