Hibis Hotels & Resorts is a premium hospitality brand located in Morjim, Goa, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high service standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accountant to support our finance operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate data entry
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
- Assist in bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with other departments for billing and payments
- Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Assist senior accountant in month-end and year-end closing

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting (hospitality experience preferred)




- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills

- Experience in hotel accounting systems
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and team player
