Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across healthcare, diagnostics, corporate, and support functions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and recruitment targets.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management:

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Identify passive candidates and develop long-term talent pools.
- Explore innovative sourcing strategies for niche and difficult-to-fill healthcare positions.

3. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business heads, department managers, and functional leaders to understand manpower requirements.




- Conduct regular recruitment review meetings with stakeholders.

4. Recruitment Team Management

- Guide and monitor recruitment executives in achieving individual and team hiring targets.

5. Candidate Management

- Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and organizational requirements.
- Minimize offer dropouts and improve joining ratios.

6. Campus & Bulk Hiring

- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and bulk hiring campaigns.
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, placement officers, and recruitment partners.

8. Recruitment MIS & Analytics

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment MIS.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as:
- Present recruitment dashboards and hiring reports to management.
- Recruitment Process Improvement & Employer Branding

Required Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Required Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hospitals, , or related industries will be preferred.
