We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer Intern whose core work will center on data scraping and building ETL/ELT pipelines, and using that data to support demand planning and forecasting models. You will work closely with engineering teams to collect, clean, and structure data, then apply it to ML workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain web/app scraping pipelines to collect data from external and internal sources

•Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to clean, transform, and structure scraped and internal data

•Build browser automation scripts using Selenium/Puppeteer for scraping and workflow automation

•Use collected data to build and support demand planning and forecasting ML models.

•Analyze historical sales/demand data to identify trends and inform forecasting models

•Write clean, well-documented Python code for data and ML workflows

•Support basic AI-powered feature work using LLMs and related APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) as needed

•Run experiments and evaluations to test model outputs and iterate on performance

•Document findings, workflows, and technical decisions for the team





•Stay current with data engineering and demand planning/forecasting tools and techniques

Required

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

•Working proficiency in Python

•Working knowledge of Selenium and/or Puppeteer for browser automation and scraping

•Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and building data pipelines

•Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases

•Basic understanding of ML concepts relevant to demand planning (regression, time series forecasting)

•Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

Positive to Have

•Familiarity with LLMs and AI integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar)

•Exposure to additional scraping tools (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy)

•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

•Familiarity with forecasting libraries (Prophet, statsmodels, or similar)

•Familiarity with version control (Git)

•Personal projects or coursework involving data pipelines, forecasting, or AI/ML
