**We’re hiring 5 experienced Full-Stack Developers who want to move into AI Engineering.

You’ll join as a Software Developer – AI Engineering Track, work on real AI projects, and build the skills to become an AI Engineer. You don’t need to be an AI expert yet.

What we’re looking for

- 1+ years of professional full-stack experience
- JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, Node.js, Java, or Python
- Solid grasp of REST APIs, databases, Git, and engineering fundamentals
- Genuine interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered applications

AI Engineer Transition Program

Your first month is dedicated to learning and preparing for the Claude Certified Developer – Foundations certification (company-sponsored). We expect you to transparent it within one month of joining. After that: hands-on work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and automation on live projects.

Compensation: ₹12 LPA total

- ₹6 LPA fixed base
- ₹6 LPA performance bonus (100% of base), tied to successful completion of project deliverables**
