Role Description The Article Assistant will support audit, assurance, and consultancy engagements on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, performing vouching and verification of financial records, preparing working papers, and helping draft audit reports. The role also involves supporting tax and compliance-related work, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with seniors for fieldwork and client queries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur,



requiring regular interaction with the team and clients at the office and client locations.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of accounting principles, auditing concepts, and financial statements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort with accounting or ERP software.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work systematically with documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to client interaction.
- Ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and handle multiple assignments.
- Ongoing or completed qualified studies such as CA Articleship eligibility, B.Com, or related commerce degree.
- Interest in audit, assurance, taxation, and consultancy, with willingness to learn and follow firm methodologies.
