About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Art Director to lead creative visualisation and execution for our Mainline Real Estate business in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advertising and real estate communication, with the ability to independently conceptualise and lead campaigns across print, OOH, newspaper, brochures, hoardings, launch campaigns and other mainline formats.

This role requires a strong conceptual thinker with an exceptional visual eye who can translate strategic briefs into distinctive, impactful creative communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the visual conceptualisation and creative direction for real estate campaigns.
- Develop big campaign ideas, key visuals, creative routes and visual identities for real estate projects.
- Translate project USPs, consumer insights and brand positioning into compelling visual communication.
- Conceptualise campaigns across print, OOH, newspaper, brochures, hoardings, site branding and other mainline mediums.
- Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Strategy and Client Servicing teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Own the creative process from concept development to final artwork and production.
- Present creative concepts and campaign rationale to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs and adaptations.
- Guide and mentor Visualisers, Designers and junior creative team members.
- Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, production houses and other external creative partners.
- Oversee artwork quality, typography, layouts, imagery and production standards.




- Manage multiple brands/projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
- Bring fresh creative thinking and contemporary visual trends into real estate advertising.
- Explore and incorporate AI and emerging creative technologies into the ideation and visualisation process.

What We're Looking For

- 12+ years of experience in advertising, creative agencies or integrated marketing environments.
- Strong experience in Mainline Advertising, with significant exposure to Real Estate brands.
- Proven experience in developing and leading advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent conceptualisation, visualisation and art direction skills.
- Strong understanding of print, OOH, typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Ability to lead creative discussions and confidently present ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to mentor creative talent and raise the overall quality of the creative team.
- Strong understanding of the real estate category, consumer communication and developer branding will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating campaign-led creative and real estate work is mandatory.

We are looking for a hands-on creative leader, not just an artwork specialist.

Someone who can look at a brief and ask “What is the big idea?” before thinking about the execution.
