Role Description The Art Director role at Brrandom is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Art

Director will lead the visual direction of branding, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and compelling designs across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities include developing concepts with the creative team, supervising designers and visual artists, and translating client briefs into transparent visual strategies. The role involves reviewing and refining graphics, layouts, and storyboards, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers.

Director will also participate in client presentations, provide constructive feedback, and stay current with design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Art Direction and Creative Direction skills, with a proven ability to lead visual concepts from idea to execution.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Branding and brand identity development, ensuring consistent visual language across campaigns.
- Candidates should possess advanced skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, including proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Candidates should possess strong visual communication, layout, and typography skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Relevant experience in advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies, preferably in an Art Director or senior design role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, guide creative teams, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
