Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site Art Advisor and Business Development role based in New Delhi.

The Art

Advisor and Business Development skilled will work closely with artists, collectors, galleries, and brand partners to curate artworks and create tailored recommendations for clients. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on art selections, conducting research on artists and market trends, preparing written and visual materials for presentations, and supporting the planning and execution of exhibitions and private showcases. The role will also focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships,



and collaborating with the team to develop partnerships that expand Conferro's network and visibility. The position requires regular interaction with visitors and clients at the space, coordination of sales processes, and contribution to strategic initiatives that grow revenue and strengthen Conferro's brand.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Art and Fine Art knowledge, with a demonstrated understanding of contemporary art, artists, and visual aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess Research and Writing skills to prepare artist profiles, market insights, proposals, and client-facing documentation.
- Candidates should possess client service and sales abilities, with a focus on consultative advising, relationship management, and closing opportunities
- Candidate from Wealth and Investment banking and having strong Network
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Design, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in galleries, art advisory, luxury, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative, on-site environment.
