Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Art Teacher role based in Hyderabad.

The Art

Teacher will conduct daily art classes, introduce students to fundamental and advanced techniques, and guide them in various mediums, with a strong focus on painting and drawing.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development.

organize student exhibitions or showcases, maintain classroom materials, and collaborate with academy staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Teaching and Art Education, with a passion for working with diverse learners.
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for visual arts programs.
- Proficiency in Painting and related art techniques, with the ability to demonstrate and guide hands-on practice.
- Formal education in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (diploma or degree preferred).
- Prior experience as an art instructor or teacher in an academy, school, or studio setting.
- Effective communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to create inclusive, secure, and motivating studio environments.
- Willingness to participate in exhibitions, workshops, and academy events.
