Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a diverse team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive performance excellence across the region
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the region




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer management
- Achieve a measurable increase in customer satisfaction scores and retention rates within the assigned area
- Successfully lead the team to meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth in the region
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
