Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement across the region
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer management processes and team performance
- Foster a culture of customer focus within the team, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized and addressed effectively




- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement
- Achieve a measurable increase in customer satisfaction scores and engagement metrics within the assigned area
- Successfully lead the team to meet or exceed performance targets and operational goals
- Establish solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders, resulting in enhanced loyalty and retention
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve service delivery and team efficiency
