About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales, distribution, and market expansion across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience with strong, hands-on experience in General Trade (GT) sales specifically in the Hyderabad market.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory.
- Manage and expand the General Trade distribution and retailer network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
- Manage distributor relationships and monitor primary & secondary sales.
- Ensure product availability, distribution, visibility, and effective market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team in the assigned territory.




- Prepare sales reports and provide actionable market insights to management.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Mandatory: Hands-on General Trade (GT) sales experience in Hyderabad.
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad FMCG market and retail landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valuable distributor and retailer management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage teams and execute plans effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
