Role Description This is a full time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Guntur.

The Area Sales

Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory, including identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting dealers and distributors, conducting product presentations, tracking orders and collections, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and supply. The role also involves preparing regular sales reports, forecasting demand, and ensuring brand visibility through local marketing activities.





The Area Sales

Manager will collaborate closely with management to implement sales strategies and provide feedback from the field.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in field sales or territory management, preferably in paints, coatings, building materials, or related industries.
- Robust skills in relationship management, negotiation, and customer service to work effectively with dealers, distributors, and end customers.
- Ability to analyze market data, track competitors, and prepare concise sales reports and forecasts.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent market visits, and travel within the assigned region.
- Solid communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to present products and explain technical features clearly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Familiarity with industrial or decorative coatings and paints will be an advantage.
