Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA in Retail, Sales, Operations or relevant discipline.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Retail / Channel Sales, preferably in Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle or related retail businesses.
- Robust experience in managing Shop-in-Shop (SIS) / Large Format Retail (LFS) counters across a territory.
- Experience managing sales, profitability, stock availability, merchandising and manpower across multiple locations.
- Prior experience handling LFS / retail partners such as department stores, multi-brand outlets or similar retail formats preferred.
- Strong experience in managing promoters / Brand Ambassadors / in-store sales teams across multiple locations.
- High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Territory Responsibility

Vijayawada Base: Responsible for the entire Andhra Pradesh.

Hyderabad Base: Responsible for the entire Telangana.

Extensive travel across the assigned state will be required.
