About the Role: Midas Marketing & Consultants is a leading authorized channel partner for premium physical security solutions, catering to banks, major corporate institutions, and premium retail jewellers. We specialize in world-renowned security systems, including certified safes, vault strong room doors, fire-resistant filing cabinets (FRFC), and advanced biometric locking systems.We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven Area Sales Executives to manage and expand our market presence in the Vasai and Kudal regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Penetration: Drive end-to-end sales and aggressively cover assigned retail, jewelry, and institutional commercial accounts within your designated territory.
- Jeweller Contact Program (JCP): Build strong relationships with premium local jewellers through active client engagement and on-site display center invitations.
- Banking Sector Growth: Follow up on corporate sales pipelines and implement latest security compliance standards (such as Class AA / Class AAA certified products) across institutional banking networks.
- Client Consultation: Guide commercial clients on physical security risk management,



providing tailored product recommendations from our certified inventory.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, hardware distribution, corporate banking accounts, or retail jewelry sales. (Experience in physical security or security equipment is a huge plus!)
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities. Ability to grasp technical product knowledge quickly.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Marathi and English/Hindi is required to interact smoothly with local commercial accounts.
