Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) partners to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide product knowledge, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 7-17 years of experience in channel sales or mortgage sales with a focus on DSA channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
- Robust understanding of the local real estate market dynamics and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
